Awesome service

<p>This weekend I had an emergency operation, specifically to remove my appendix. I was at Midstream Mediclinic which is not on my Associated Providers list, which would result in a 30% co payment (R6000) in total. Being an emergency I knew there was a chance that the co-payment could be waived. Ofcourse not everyone had that kind of money lying around. I contacted Momentum and got through to a wonderful lafy named Thuli. I explained my situation and within 5 minutes feedback was relayed from her manager that the co-payment would be waived. All in all I walked out of the hospital(which is one the highest standard and quality facilites I have ever come across) having spent R10, for my medication. Working for Outsurance myself, we pride ourselves on high quality products and possibly the best service in SA, so my expectations were obviously extremely high. I must commend Thuli, her manager, and Momentum as a provider, for handling my situation with such efficiency and understanding.
