Awaiting Refund

I have cancelled my Momentum medical aid and savings option,was agreed to with Mohamed Sathar to be effective 31-12-2014. On 13-3-2015 received email from Mohammed that I owe Momentum R1533 and I was ask to deposit this into their bank acc, received 12 letters in this regard from Momentum. I informed Mohamad that as per my savings, Momentum actually owed me R3906.72, and that they should pay me back the balance of R 2373.72. Amina Merasi rep**** via email stating that as per Act 131 of 1991 I had to wait 4abd a half months to be refunded. it have now been over 5 MONTHS and I'm still waiting for my money. Momentum were quick to claim cash from me,but now when the shoe is on the other foot, no contact? As Malema shouted in Parliament the other day, here is my cry \ Pay back the money".No physical telephone numbers are supp**** by both above mentioned persons so I can not get hold of them"
