I want the charge reversed that was made to the the pathologist. This was NOT authorized by me. Tammy Wessels and her practice included need to resolve this as I have not agreed from them to put the bill to the pathologist. They did NOT inform me of these charges and zero authority has been given to momentum to debit the savings account. In my mind this is fully ******* and should I start seeking legal advice I will. I refuse to allow this underhanded behavior to occur between doctor and medical aid practices.

Still no emails addresses of senior management

Still no proper feedback from Anita or Appi.

Still no correspondence on the reporting oudbudsman for momentum.

Still no refund from the Gap cover.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Over a week and nothing from any parties.

I have given momentum several chances to resolve the complaints and they have proven that they can’t.
