Authorization problem

<p>I have an operation booked for 29 th may and have been waiting for authorization up and until this present time. Pre admission is at 10 am the time now is 9 51 am and still no authorization. Time to get to the hospital will take half hour. The level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. The anxiety this is causing me is undesirable to say the least</p>
