Authorization number ignored.

I had to get a revision on an very old knee replacement done in 2005. The specialist had to plan very carefully how it can be done succesfully. The drs rooms got 2 authorization numbers as my option (Incentive) had two prosthesis benefits per year per member. I went into the theatre with my heart at rest because I am already a pensioner witout any income. Not even SASSA. My daughter pay my contribution every month on mý behalf. When I was at home after the operation, I got the bill from the hospital claiming the amount; of the second benefit (for which the drs rooms HAD AN AUTHORIZATION). Momentum just ignore al my pleas to pay the second benefit for prosthesis to the hispital. I had to cough up R59,000! Because of this huge payment done by myself to the hospital, I now have no mony to buy food or anything at all There excuse was that the second benefit was not a PMC while I know the doctor needed that prosthesis to fix my knee. Momentum has none sympathy although there WAS AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR THE SECOND BENEFIT TO COVER THE WHOLE PROCESS. I am still recovering from my knee replacement and still has no income, only suffering 😡
