Authorization - no communication

I am currently admitted in hospital with severe asthma and sinus. Been admitted since 13 march 2026. I have an emergency Nose wash to be done due to the severe sinus infection.. I have been calling and Calling momentum for the past 2days because I want to know what is the hold up why can I not get Authorization see that I'm already admitted to hospital. I have a face swollen up due to the sinus infection and my asthma is flaring up to a point I can not breath.

All I am getting back is that the matter is with the case manager and I have no way of communicating with the case manager myself. Im starting to because stressed out and weak again and severe headaches that does not want to go away...
