At it again

I have sent all documents for the Ingwe plan ages ago and the premium was supposed to be R305, today I get a statement saying new plan cost R638, please check for the documentation sent on 2 occassions as I cannot be held accountable if you employ retards. The service levels is pathetic for such a large institution
