Associated hospital & dr shocker

Momentum Health at it once again. My wife started the maternity program and we found a gynecologist who is associated to the medical aid. Now the problem with this whole set up is, the hospital is not on the Momentum list, we found this out when we submitted the admission form to the hospital. One would think if the gynecologist is with momentum and the hospital is under momentum. So now we have to pay 11k for admission and can't claim it back due to the fact that the hospital is not on the list.

This is an absolute shocker as we can't go to a new gynecologist and my wife is due in a few weeks time. The consultant I spoke too now just told me about a gap cover which ive never been told about and it's too late to apply for one at this stage. Ive been with this medical aid for four years now and I'm running out of excuses for staying with them.

The hospitals which are associated to momentum don't even have doctors who are with momentum, so now hows that for a catch 22??? Anything you do you'll pay either way... This is nonsense to say this least and if you miss a payment they are on you like a rash.

I'm absolutely disappointed.
