Associated Hospital
How can an Associated Hospital be listed on a plan but NONE of the services and Drs is covered that is at the associated hospital.
You go to the associated hospital for an emergency! They pay absolutely nothing you have to pay for everything because you didn't get a casualty Auth. Really if you are unconscious or doesn't have your cellphone or new to this medical aid HOW do you get a casualty Auth?
Both matters listed is ridiculous! Can't believe I moved to this Medical Aid really!
