Application for membership

Momentum Health's system sucks. I've been trying to get my new au pair on their medical aid for almost two weeks. After 13 emails, about 10 phone calls, paying upfront for a year's medical aid, etc. the application is still not processed. It is almost two weeks later and I've been told it would take 48 hours!!!!!
