APPALLING SERVICE :-(

What a horrible service I got from momentum health for me customer care today as I was waiting by the doctors reception sick and having to call momentum customer care 4 time's, before I could be assisted with the authorization number. The 1st call I made to them was at 15h00 for 4min 11 sec I spoke to some rude agent called NOKULUNGA NXELE who validated all my details and just when she was about to give me the authorization number the call cut. I called back, got through to the very same lady I asked her couldn't she just SMS me the auth number as we had done everything when she saw that the call cut, her response was that she works in a call Centre and that she was not only dealing with me and she proceeded to tell me that I was rude and that she doesn't have time for "rude people" that was the second call I made at 15:07 and it was also 4min,13 sec and still I didn't get any help again the call cut. I then called again got through to NOKULUNGA NXELE for the 3rd time the time was now 15:21 the call duration was 5min 21 secs and when I asked that she sends me the auth number for the 3rd time via SMS she told me to get a pen and write it down, when I had initially told her that I didn't have anything to write on then she dropped the call on my ear and then only on my 4th attempt of calling the call Centre at 15:28 and getting through to the same person again, I eventually asked to speak to the supervisor/ manager, as she had no intentions of assisting me ,she indirectly denied me the opportunity to do so, she told me that her manager would call me later which I still haven't received any call from the supervisor, and then she went on to tell me that she had already sent 3 SMS's to my number and that what makes me think I would get it the 4th time around...wow guys!!!I'm really shocked and concerned by the service I received from your "Customer care" agent and really hope that she doesn't do this with other people as well as she stipulated that she doesn't have time for rude people like myself
