Annoyed at the incompetence of : Jasveer Megnath, Siyabonga Mlungwana and Shahana Khan!

It has taken a week to get decent answers regarding my medical aid cover and option. I finally got an email today - but the instructions are of no help.

Instead of the consultants assisting the client and ANSWERING the questions, they divert you to their website!!!!!!

I am so disappointed and annoyed with their consultants: Jasveer Megnath, Siyabonga Mlungwana and Shahana Khan!
