AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT!

I Just have to say, momentum is not a good medical aid. I was do sick the other day an I went to the designated hospital which I'd over 40 kilometers away from where I stay. I was told that if I use the designated hospital I won't have to pay for anything and that it will be covered by the medical aid, I have a health sever too, with this I was told that I can use it to consult a doctor and get medication. So after I left the hospital, I went to chemist n couldn't get medication because apparently I had no funds on my health sever. Now firstly I had R1500 in that, momentum took it to pay the hospital bill. How misleading and inconvenient is that. What happened to the medical aid paying for that. Am so sick of this. If I have a medical aid but still have to have cash to buy medication then I don't want it. I don't want this stupid medical aid anymore. Sies I should have just stick to discovery. Expensive but worth it.
