Almost cost me my life with your lies and robbing

This is the most disgusting thing that ever happened to me I am shock.

Please note before I took out this health insurance I asked what exactly I am covered for or not.. on Saturday on the 16 April 2022 I had horrible chest paid and a shooting pain through me left arm. I had tightness in my chest and could barely speak. I was rushed to melemod hospital in bellville only to be told they can't even help to stabilize me I must go to Loui lepord hospital in Voortrekker road in bellville. I rushed there only to be told that I need to pay R5000 in cash in order for them to help me. My family drove me straight to tygerburg hospital where I can thank god the doctor that saw me came in helped me without even opening the folder first. Tried to stabilize me and than admitted me in hospital. This is extremely horrible service and you shouldn't lie to people about benefits they can get in case of accidents, emergency or even hospitalizations. This is serious and can cause the difference between life and death. A small payout for my funeral won't help my 3 minor children at all. I am too scared to even ask about applying for the benefit where u guys payout from the first day as hospital as that might be a lie as well .. I have no amount of words to describe my disappointment or even how scared I was thinking I might loose my life and u people left me hanging with no help at all.. what I was told was a bunch of lies to get more clients.

You are disgusting and would have been the cause of death for 3 children who have no1 else but their money to love care and provide for them.

And because of your lies you almost ****** my kids of their only parent.
