AGAIN still no reply!

I regret having improved my scoring for resolving one of two problems! I can't get through to the direct number, I don't get a reply from a private message on Hello Peter, I don't get a reply on my open message linking to the same original post. Really Momentum, why? Would you prefer we move to another medical aid? Feeling disappointed, you react quickly on Hello Peter and then die out.... It's been about another 2 weeks later still no answers
