Advanced meds and medical certificate

Email Query Ref: *** I have tried for weeks now to obtain an International Medical Insurance Certificate as well as advanced chronic medication. I supp**** everything I needed but that and my follow ups are just getting ignored. I am traveling soon and cannot leave without these (especially my medication)
