Accounts payments declined

My wife experienced and an epileptic attack whilst in her 9th month of pregnancy. She was rushed to a non network hospital at Olivedale Hospital. My Momentum Medical aid had pre approved this due to the emergency. I've had to pay cash fro scans since these had to be motivated for payments. although the scans did identify a problem Momentum rejected payments contrary to what they have on the internet. my wife was in ICU and had to be attended to by Dr's now momentum is asking Drs for a motivation letter for payment. Is the fact she was in ICU not enough to justify her stay in hospital.furthermore our new born baby spent 7 days in ICU which was required. Momentum now decides to decline the Pediatricians bill stating his not part of their network. so i was suppose to transport my family myself to a network hospital so momentum can pay??? while they were in ICU after receiving approval?? Momentum cant even delver their terms and conditions to clients as i haven't received a document for more than 2 years. Try to contact their Call Center and they have rude agents who feel they doing you a favor. next step from here is the medical aid ombudsman.
