Account from hospital not paid since Sep 2015

Good Afternoon,<br> <br> My baby was born premature at 30 weeks, she spent almost 2 months in hospital.<br> <br> The medical aid has part paid the paediatrician, and she keeps sending me the invoince saying i have not paid. I keep forwarding it to the medical aid, and nothing is being done.<br> <br> It has been 3 months of forwarding invoices, Why are the accounts people not going through the invoice from the paediatrician and statements and checking, what is it they did not pay for and pay for it. Surely there is a history on their side. I am not happy with this service at all
