Absolute disgust

What an experience . Momentum is a place where you truly do not get service . I waited over 2 weeks just to get a response . I called back then could not get to the lady that originally assisted me . Another lady picked up and other ladies started laughing in the background as if I am some sort of joke . I ended up finding out that the email she gave originally was incorrect .Eventually a gentleman helped me get my papers together and wow also took his time . Anyways a few days later I got a call from momentum again after I had signed asking if I had thought about the medical aid

I ended up cancelling because it had taken so long . That weekend I saw a GP and found out I was pregnant . I did not know this at the time of signing up so thanks to the pathetic and utterly disgraceful service from momentum I am now not covered on medical aid at all!!! Will never recommend them to my worst enemy . Nobody knows what they are doing . They also have a huge exclusion on ridiculous ailments that I have legit never heard of being an exclusion long ago when I was last with them as well. It

Is very unprofessional place to try and get a medical aid .
