A MOMENTUM STAR
Nowadays good customer service is rare. I spoke to Norma a few weeks ago about the frustrations in getting the correct tax certificates. She promised to contact me upon receipt and she did just that this morning. Within minutes I received the documents. Thank you, Norma, you promised and you delivered. You are a star!!!
