A letter confirming membership cancellation, and then a demand for a premium AFTER cancellation???

1 day after posting a review on HelloPeter and getting same day telephonic response from Roger Naidoo, I mistakenly thought that the past frustrating month of trying to get Momentum Health to resolve my query (i.e. refund me April '17 premium due to cancellation of medical aid membership) is finally over. Roger kindly referred me to contact my bank, from where the medical aid premiums were debited on monthly basis, and ask them to do a reversal. Which I duly did, and within easily 10mins of logging the reversal query online, I got a call from the bank agent, who confirmed my details and at the end of call, confirmed that the premium was reversed and should reflect in my account in xx days. This morning I posted a response on my Momentum Health review of 3 May '17, thanking Roger for his call and advice, and simply throwing in some suggestions on training their agents. So imagine my surprise this evening, whilst busy with work, when I receive an e-mail from Momentum stating that "The contribution for the month of April is now urgently due and your membership has been suspended ..." unquote. WTH??

After a month of frustrating attempts trying to get Momentum Health to understand why I want the premium for April refunded - from receiving formal communication on 13 Apr '17 that this membership is indeed cancelled, to numerous e-mails trying to understand why I need to go through challenging lengths to get a premium refund, to finally writing a review on HelloPeter on 3 May '17, to getting same day telephonic response from Roger Naidoo, to being advised how to get this premium reversed at my bank ... one would think that somewhere something clicked with someone at Momentum Health and this matter would be put to rest. Alas. Momentum has obviously been notified by my bank today that this premium has been reversed, so disregarding and ignoring all the details, records, recordings and e-mails on your system pertaining to this membership number, all common sense, logic and reason flies out the window because all you're interested in is the April premium for a medical aid membership you confirmed has been terminated as of 31 March '17, and wanting to suspend the membership. Did I mention by the way the reason for cancelling the medical aid is because the member of this medical aid sadly passed away (oh wait yes, I did notify Momentum via e-mail, attaching the death certificate as well). So this membership can remain suspended and you can continue to wait for April '17 premium.
