A diamond amongst the pebbles

I hate Momentum Health with a passion, nothing is ever done without a constant battle and posts on social media in attempts to get claims processed or an answer to a simple query BUT in spite of my ripping into Jody Saunders with my last complaint, he managed to resolve it successfully and has proved to be most helpful with any queries / issues that I have had since then, and for this I believe credit must be given. Thank you Jody for all of your assistance, I hope that many of your colleagues can learn from your example and turn complaints into compliments
