I would like to thank Momentum Health for their support during 2022/2023 when I was undergoing various surgeries. It would not have been possible without you. The CORRECTIVE surgery which was done in June was a GREAT success, and the surgeon plans on doing one final CORRECTIVE operation during November. Thank you, Momentum, from a very grateful member.
