7th Complaint on same thing, no feedback

I have sent complaints regarding the co payment of operations and was told that it would be cancelled, To date Dr SA KHAN Practise No. ***has not been paid R1600 as promised by Debbie. Also I have requested a statement from the 01st NOVEMBER TO 06TH November 2015 and every single time the consultants email the wrong one. I am looking for the statement of the anaesthetist's Dr DESAI or ESSACK. It is really difficult to communicate with the consultants in simple English.
