2 weeks since paperwork have been submitted and still nothing

<p>This has been 2 weeks since I have submitted the paperwork to add an aditional member to my scheme. I expected cover to start on the 1st of April, we are already 2 weeks into April and my dependant is not added. This is ridiculous, sort this out today or I will cancell my aid and move to another provider.</p>
