100% hospital cover???

I have medical aid with Momentum that includes 100% hospital cover. My daughter was born on the 20/03/2019 and was admitted to hospital on the 28/03/2019. According to Momentum they cover your newborn in hospital if you do the newborn registration within 30 days. I sent through the registration documents on the 11/04/2019. Now I am sitting with a Lancet Laboratories account of R6000+ that Momentum refuses to pay and her X-rays came off my savings account. All blood work and X-rays was done in hospital, so it should be 100% covered with the hospital stay....
