<p>I was a member of momentum </p> <p>I was newly diagnosed with diabetes so we call the call center for momentum to see if the hospital with give us any problems.then a person by the name Ashley said no problem s we have .After getting to the hospital say that momentum did not give authorisation for me to stay in the hospital .Then we contact someone from momentum by the name ********** he send me sum paper to sign by the doctor then me kicked me out of the medical aid . He told me they with refund me my money I been waiting from 23/12/2016 to 06/01/2017 can someone help me out they have not payed me a cent as yet .I am sitting with hospital bill up to R7600.00 now .</p>

Hi I have been kicked out of momentum now that taking to long to pay me back I was told it take 2 or 5 working day to come I have been waiting from 23/12/2016 to 11/01/2017 an not a cent as been payed to me so how many people is momentum doing is too. Wen we don't pay the medical aid they too fast to phone now to pay us back it time
