Moja Prepaid services Lufhereng ext 6 outages

Moja prepaid internet and Wi-Fi services are ridiculous, no customer care totally their Wi-Fi services has been extremely bad to a bad to a point that their internet has not been working for the past month and counting. They’ve been making different excuses regarding their bad service and their customer care team is not even respecting their customers they’re rude and inconsistent very unprofessional. They must upgrade their system by putting more stations to host more households not two stations to hosts more than 300 households in the area. Moja prepaid is both tiring and extremely slow not even able to stream anything and some of us are working from homes, I wonder what’s going to happen when the schools open. The must get a solution and very quickly☹️☹️☹️
