MOJA, NOT SO MOJA AT ALL

I was referred to moja prepaid in April 2024, and wanted to try this option because it's was prepaid. I didn't have a problem connecting for two months. Within the 3rd month I had to leave home due to work and didn't recharge. I returned 3 months later and found that the I was completely disconnected. I called the call center via the WhatsUp number and was told to pay a reactivation fee and the new months voucher prepaid vouchers. I did so and was advised that I will be reconnected within 7 days...I am still not connected. Everytime when I call to do a follow up I get a different story....

Ohhh your order is coming , ohhhh your vouchers don't amount to R570, ohhh please resend your vouchers, you are connected with a different service provider and , and, and. Thulisile ,is the consultant that I have been dealing with and she is so rude, always speaking over me, said it's not her problem she cant give me answer's. She raised her voice to such an extend that made me feel unworthy and useless...

So please guys, don't be so fast to go moja prepaid options .....
