Moja Is NOT so Moja!!!

It's an absolute disastrous WiFi prepaid service. paid for installation on the 27/10/2023 was informed installation would be effected within 1-14 days. It's 10/12/2023 and the installation has not taken place. All I get is a runaround and countless lies and excuses about Technicians not being able to reach me telephonically to set up an appointment. I STRONGLY would NOT recommend this service to anyone. It is true that cheap is expensive. Terrible customer service from the consultants, terrible service via the whatsapp chat line. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PAYING THESE GUYS!!!
