Filling to reconnect even though Admin fee was paid

On the 2 September 2024 I paid R320 for Wifi reconnection and their said I must pay R250 Admin Fees which I did and I have send them proof of payment, they said it will take days working days but it was never reopened. I tried to make follow up and till this day its not working and they are ignoring my whatsApp
