On 6 January 2026, I bought a Blu voucher worth R410 to recharge my Moja WiFi, instead of 1Voucher After purchase, I sent the pin to Moja through their payment platform which the following day I was contacted by their consultant that they could not access my voucher because I bought the wrong one asked her if they could help me she said no they can't assist me. I then contacted Blu voucher for help, I was informed that my voucher had already been redeemed by someone who used it on Betway acc,so I was told to contact beltway will assist me with the number that bought but beltway has not responded since the 8 th of January, their phones are not going through,This is outright theft.

Moja must investigate who stole my voucher and refund my R410 immediately. This level of dishonesty and incompetence is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid Moja WiFi until they take accountability.
