Worst service ever experienced and yet we are forced to pay

Tried their advertised 0861 number for accounts, eventually get hold of someone just to get told to phone ***. Tried this number numerous times, it rings and after long time you get silence and then just cut off. Even phoned switchboard number on *** but cut off immediately. Then phoned chief whip but also no answer.

Question, when service is not paid, service is cut. They obviously are aware of calls and just ignore them because they are not monitored. Even their internet service does not work. So why pay if they sit in office on their celphones and do not answer calls or emails? I have proof of all the emails send and no response
