No water but Rand Water completed the schedule as promised
Mayor and councilor at Mogale City in Krugersdorp, see speedy response from Rabd Water, that you always fail to do including customer service. Rand Water comment: Please be advised that the planned maintenance was completed as scheduled. As Rand Water supplies bulk water to municipalities, the restoration of water to individual areas depends on the municipality's distribution network, including reservoir recovery and local reticulation. We kindly request that you contact Mogale City Local Municipality for an update on the restoration of water supply. Mogale city, respond and open the reservoir, I'm not far from the Kagiso so you can't play the high and low resident cards.

**** in a yard and Mogale staff runaway but claim overtime
Mayor of Mogale City and the staff at water and senotation,with sadness again of abuse to senior citizens. Your parents and yourself live in suburbs where reports and complaints are handled with 30mins or an hour. It will be elections and you will be running house to house with media as if you care about people,whilst you care about votes. At 8 o'clock 2026-06-21 I reported a sewerage at my mom's yard and guess what again 3 men came using migales vehicle runaway without looking at the main sewerage. They were sent as standby and will definitely claim the overtime without looking at a mess done by neighbour who had a funeral now my mom is paying the Sunday with messy stinking yard. She is a pensioner and is asthmatic it is 2pm and she is still outside in this cold cleaning the yard and waiting to be assisted.Tebogo from emergency number whatsapp ,you dont answer the call and you take long before answering text. Now sewerage is worse than 8am. Neighbor is cosy and Mogale staff ,your parents are treated like queens and kings whilst others like mine is treated like ****.

NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!
I queried billing on my Municipal Account as we moved over to Pre Paid Electricity. I sent numerous e mails already and was referred from 1 dept to the other but now the following people believe to ignore a client is the correct thing to do. Refer to mails sent dated the 14th, 18th and also the 20th of November!! To date not a single word of response. Thanks for ignoring me ***, ***, ***, ***, vuyise******* and *** I am not going anywhere and this complaint is just the beginning of your problems for trying to ignore me!!!

Ongoing Harassment from Mogale City Municipality: A 20-Year Struggle
For the past two decades, I have endured persistent and unjustified harassment from Mogale City Municipality. This ordeal began after my brief six-month tenancy at a property, during which I diligently fulfilled all my financial obligations, including paying a deposit and settling my account every month. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities as a tenant, the municipality failed to refund my deposit upon my departure. Instead, years later, I continue to receive emails alleging that I owe them money. What is most distressing is the ongoing harassment that has continued for 20 years. Despite no legitimate debt being owed, I have been repeatedly contacted via email by Mogale City Municipality, alleging outstanding balances. These communications have been a source of undue stress and inconvenience, especially considering the clear evidence that all dues were settled and that the municipality owes me a refund, not the other way around.

Never buy house in mogale city
I have contact mogale and fill in a prepaid form to get prepaid meter there inform me that it will been installed the next day its now 3 weeks without any feed back Please think twice before buy a house in mogale city

The Electrical Department.. Pre Paid electrical department
The electrical department of Mogale City has done an injustice to the people living in a complex called Prestige Mews. We have app**** and are still waiting for pre paid electricity for rge past 6 months. We have on numerous occasions reported to the Council in there officed to be either ignored or dodged on purpose. Kept waiting like fools. We .. some of us older than 70.. waiting for hours while they hide from us. What a disgrace to people that are supposed to provide service to people that religiously support this Council by paying rates and taxes for over 40 some more than 50 years. Common on Mogale City look after rge people that have supported and looked after you for many many years. From a concerned rate payer.
