Worst municipality in the country (MOGALE CITY MUNICIPALITY)

I sold my property last year June 2020 and have been struggling to get my refund amount. After months of no response, I received an email on 8 April 2021 requesting that the original documents be handed in to the municipality, by Motlatsi Monnanyana. I was informed that Daphney Matodzi and Frederica Ngwako will assist me. The original documents were handed in on the 14th May 2021.

To date I have not received a single response back even though I have sent many emails requesting my credit to be paid back to me. Since I have sent in the original docs, I have been ignored by this municipality. Their service is utterly useless and pathetic. Its been more than a year since the property has been transferred to the new owner.

Don't consider moving to Krugersdorp as you will get to experience the worst service delivery in your life with regards to this municipality.
