Water meter configuration, consumption R100.00/ day

This morning I had to put another R100.00 of water. Surly there is something wrong. This brings the total to R500.00 in 36hours....

Please can you get a technician out ASAP... we have small kids that depends on having water to make milk.

Please can you help us, its now 14 days with water related issues.

Note: the call center number only rings, nobody picks up. The standby number answered but nothing being done, after the lady said she would send someone.
