Water leakage!!!! Mogale City Pathetic Service

I have been struggling for 3 weeks now that Mogale City Water an sanitizing come and fix the huge leak at the blue water meter on the pavement. I am speaking about loosing almost 1000lt of water a day. Today 15 March 2018 i spoke to Ernest at the call center. He is very very rude and unprofessional. That explains why the Municipality is such a mess. Cause of the *********** an unqualified staff they have working there. I told this "ERNEST" that should this matter not be solved today then ill get a private plumber to bypass the meter till Mogale City comes and fix the problem. At which he very rudely responded to me by saying that i ,must threaten them an i must carry on with what i want to do. He then dropped the phone while i was busy explaining to him why i say the meter is leaking. So who is gonna compensate me for all the water that i have lost till now. Further more u can contact what ever numbers there are on the Mogale Web page and still dont get through. Is this where we as tax payers moneys are going to??? To *********** unqualified an rude staff. Sitting on their back sides from 8am to 4pm eating KFC and not working to actually earn their salary. I wonder if they even feel bad when they receive their salaries on pay day. Knowing they didnt even work for it. Unlike we the people who actually are paying their salaries. I insist that this matter has to be taken to a disciplinary level taken against this staff member. and at which i would like to have the measures taken and sanctions implemented against this staff member in the disciplinary action be published to me in writing. As that i know that this issue will just be ignored like all the other issues and complaints about Mogale City on HELLOPETER. Hopefully this matter will be resolved. Alternatively i will just have to ask a friend of a friend of a friend of friend to personally hand a hand written letter to our President Cyril. Maybe he will help to have this issues resolved and sorted out. Seriously this service is PATHETIC and unacceptable. And then im sure we all have family and friends in Cape Town that are struggling without water. But our local MUNICIPALITY dont give a rats ............... about water being wasted.
