Terrible service.no care for residents.

The service is horrible. I'm not sure why there is even customer service. I complained about rubble in halse and fountain street.even escalated to the counselor.with multiple follow ups she did month later the rubble is still there making our environment look dirty.******* hardly picked. I sent customer service asking about ******* bin and how to get one 6 months later not even a reply. I'm not sure why we have to pay taxes and rates if we can't even get service from the municipality.service is terrible.i stay in dirty street no care from manicipality what's so ever.we also pay our rates like everyone else.start taking us seriously.
