Terrible service to the poor

Mogale city libraries are a dissapointment #blackfriday, I have been visiting muldersdrift library many times recently but one thing that is dissappointing is that they never have printing paper, the last straw was this past Tuesday when i went to the library with my own printing paper and they still refused to help me as they send away the stats but then i said i will pay to make up for their stats but it was to no avail, i tried to explain that its a matter of urgency but they still couldn't care less, i told them that i want to complain then the lady told me that she is a manager i must write her my complain, i wonder if this is how people are supposed to be treated at libraries
