Terrible Mogale City!!!!

I cannot believe the lack of customer service received from Mogale City Municipality. I sold my house in 2021 and I am still waiting for the rates and taxes to be transferred to the new owners. Follow up after follow up and still there is no movement on this. What is worse it that they have my refund of more than 20k that needs to be paid back to me. When you call the number for the people that deal with this they simply do not answer. I guess I should not be surprised that this is how our government institutions operate. If there is at least ONE PERSON that works there that is actually willing to assist customers, please contact me on ***.
