Service delivery sucks!

We have a prepaid water Metere and always buy water with no problem... However every 2 or 3 months our Metere acts up... This time we have been without water for 3 days now and can't get any help from the mogale city emergency water line... We got our ward counciler to assist and she gave us details of the person who is supposed to be in charge of the standby team.... They have been saying they are on the way but still nothing!

Tomorrow will be day 4 without water and we have more than enough units... That time I'm pregnant... How safe is it for me to live without water for this long? And what an inconvenience
