Payments dont get deducted

For the past 3 months i have been phoning and emailing MOGALE CITY to correct my accounts as they dont deduct payments that have been mailed even after you send them proof of payment. For evrty month penalties are being added to my account which i refuse to pay as it is their incompetence and not mine. I have received letters of being handed over due to this matter and I am SICK AND TIRED of this ****! And we dont even have the option to get pre paid as MOGALE CITY charges over R 5000.00 for this. And all of a sudden my monthly account is much more that previous months even thoug we were more away from home and used LESS water and electricity! Mogale City Municipality is a JOKE!<br> I have to pay all my phone bills that are due to your lazyness and then you are still unable to do anything correct!<br> I want this matter resolved and I expect Mogale to remove the penalties that I believe are UNFAIR unless you would like to pay all my phone calls etc regarding Mogale City Municipality!
