PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MOGALE CITY MUNICIPALITY

The Mogale City Municipality has received my proof of payment being R6015.10 on 10 March 2020 for a pre-paid electricity meter however since then I am still awaiting the installation of my meter which is unacceptable. I have visited their offices several times to follow up the aforesaid installation however of no success. I have confronted their offices today being 27 August 2020 to escalate my complaint however I was refused the Electrical Department's Manager’s names – they have assured me that definitely they would contact me telephonically today before 4 PM with feedback however that also has not materialized. I will therefore take the necessary legal action through my Attorneys to open a case against the Mogale City Municipality of which costs the Mogale City Municipality will be liable for due their negligence – not mine.
