No Water for almost 3 days - Mogale City Municipality

Hi, i went home for a month and upon my return on the 17th only to find out that there is no water and i thought maybe its finished, i slept as it was late already and the following day during my lunch hour i went and bought water as it is prepaid and i returned and loaded the token and still no water. And to my frustration i called the Mogale city they gave me the reference number *** and nobody came or called me back i again logged another call and received another ref no:39128. i again called today the 20th and was assisted by Quinton who said he will send the person who was supposed to come and assist me a whatsapp message as it is fast but here we are now is almost 15hrs and nobody bothered to call or come to my rescue. it is now the 3rd day me without water imagine the frustration i have as i cannot poo nor bath,this is not normal especially since we faced with the covid pandemic which requires hand washing regularly. i feel so disappointed with the municipality whilst they do not hesitate to chow our money but they neglect our needs.
