No Feedback regarding unallocated payments

I am having trouble with Mogale City allocating my payments. Its been 8 months since i queried my un-allocated payments. Still its outstanding, despite me sending them proof of payments, payments stay un-allocated. I have spoken to Trifecta Capital, Attorneys i was handed over too, no feedback from Molebogang nor her manager Jelodia. I then spoke to Marlene Muller/Nosipho Ntsingila/Mariana Barnard/Tebogo Malekutu which they could not help me, they keep on passing the buck and they do not reply with an update when they say they will. I have also mailed Gwen baloyi, which is doing the complaints and compliments. No feedback from her either, there is also no answer when trying to phone them. Can someone who knows how to do the work, please contact me so that my payments can be allocated ? Currently im being billed for being late on payments, im also being billed interest on that. i was also promised that all interest debited to my account WILL be reversed by the call centre team leader, this has not happen either. Next step will be to contact the Municipal Manager Dan Ma****so, or the executive mayor Koketso Calvin.
