MOGALE CITY NOT TAKING MY ISSUES SERIOUS

I've reported irregularities towards Mogale City whereby I advice them on the unsafe conditions where I'm renting and the possibility of building plans not submitted for 6 units occupied without legal documents. Extra income through rent not declared, about 20K a month. No COC, I've reported the matter to ward councillor Dr. Eksteen Kenmare Krugersdorp, he fill a position not suitable for him.
