Mogale city munsipality not sorting water for 10 days without water in Kenmare Krugersdorp.

10 days without water after maintenance.

We have a new born baby and can't bath or shower no drinking water. My small farming business is suffering because no water. We are paying customers and bills are up to date. Water prices are increasing every 2 months we keep paying but no service from munsipality. No urgency, 10 days without water and no technical guys send out to help attend to the water. Mogale blames Rand water and they keep blaming each other like small children. Sort out the water and stop blaming each other. Why did they wait for the water level to raise up over 70% before opening for everyone. They should close the water supply at later during the night for 4 hours each for 2-3 days. So the water kan rise and everyone can have water.

We paying for water and no water also water qaulity not good.

The air bubbles aswell that will go tru the meters aswell have to be deducted from our water bills.

They expect the customer just to pay and be happy with what ever they say. Unacceptable service no urgency to sort out paying customers.
