Mogale City Municipality useless

Registering property on my name.The lawyers made a payment to Mogale Municipality to get the clearance certificate and also paid my municipal account for the month of April 2019.Now suddenly I received a sums from Mogale Municipality stating my account is in arrears and the cannot pick up payment which was done last month.How is this possible?Tried to phone them on Thursday 16 May 2019 the phone is answered and oh my word what a *********** individual you get behind the line transferring you from one place to another and then the phone call is cancelled by them.This Municipality is beyond useless and no person to assist me with my query.Wow what a wonderful city we live in.
