Mogale city bad service

I have a query on my account. The number listed to phone is *** there is a recording to say my call is so special I must even phone another number *** again my call is so special no-one picks it up to talk to me. Then finaly I get to the switchboard and was told I'm bothering them as they are all at tea at the accounts dept. Then was given yet another number ***. That phone just rings and rings as the staff are all having tea I suppose. So tea time is tea time after tea is break time to recover from tea time after break time its lunch time till its afternoon tea and afternoon tea its home time who cares about the people wanting to sort out an account problem. They only paying the salary you don't work for
