Leaking water meters Eleadah Complex Main Reef Road

I have reported water meters that are leaking at the Eleadah Complex on Main Reef Road after ***boy Town since October 2023,to no avail.Today I called the 4th time now.Just receive no joy at all.You can even see the tyre marks of vehicles on the grass.My car gets stuck there when I have to do my own readings because Mogale isn't doing it and even when I send it through to them they work on estimates!!! I honestly can't anymore.What must I do for Mogale City to do their job?We must pay for water that gets wasted!!!!!!!! And not even our usage!!!!!
